Genre #1: Customer Reviews/Emails

• Purpose: To know if the product made a satisfied customer
• Primary audience: Company, they need to know how the customer reacts
• Context: What is or is not right with the product made, telling if the blueprints need changing or stay the same for the pools.
• Conventions: Good/Bad Reviews, Returns/Refunds, Returning/Leaving customers
• Content Included: Overall on how the Customers experience was 
• Affordances: Discounts offered, thanking the customer
• Constraints: Bad reviews may lower business

Genre 2: PowerPoints

• Goals: For the Company to explain to customers what may need to be done
• Primary Audience: Workers
• Secondary audience: Customers, if the primary audience does not learn it can affect them.
• Context: How to improve the company or learn new things.
• Conventions: Improvements, Problems, Solutions, Customers, Partnerships
• Organization: Addressing a potential problem and lead to solutions
• Affordances: To improve the work of workers
• Constraints: They may not pay attention or listen.

Genre 3: How to's Videos

• Goals: To teach him what the Company was and how to do his job.
• Primary Audience: Steven Acuna
• Secondary Audience: Company/Customers
• Context: How to do his job, reach out to other departments for help
• Conventions: His Responsibilities, Pay, Other Departments
• Organization: Who the company is, when they were built, what they do, what he needs to do.
• Affordances: Allowing him to be a crucial part of the team
• Constraints: None

3 Proposals Revised

• Proposal Project Idea 1: I have been big with computers, and I always wanted to work with how they work and if there are ways I can eventually understand then improve on the application, Which is why I am majoring in IST Application Development. Chris Caldwell, my Uncle is a big inspiration for why I am into computers and he has done a lot with computers, he's IT Specialist in a lot of fields. 

• Proposal Project Idea 2: I have never been bad with people, I like the idea of working with groups of people in order to make something work. Which is Why Steven Acuna who is a CAM Systems Engineer at Endless Pools. While we may not have completely the same roles he knows what people who do have work like I would be doing, so getting a perspective from someone relating to the people of the field might make an interesting twist.                        (Most Likely for interview)

• Proposal Project Idea 3: My Mother has worked for a company called ARI Fleet for many years and she tells me how reliable and well paid the IT department is. I would not mind working at a place like that to start off with a decent salary and do what I am good at. My mother knows one of the IT guys, William Thompson who is an Analyst II analyses all of the paperwork before it goes to the customer and overall makes sure the computers in the facility are running smoothly.
